Credit Control Admin – Leyton, East London – £8ph 

 We are looking for full time Credit Control Admin to work for a Jamaican Wholesale Food Company.

Job Spec

  • Start 08.30 – 17.30
  • Paying £8.00ph
  • The work is 5 days a week.
  • Also includes working some Saturdays, for sickness/holidays

Must;

  • Speak GOOD English
  • Be smart and presentable
  • 1 years Admin experience

Your duties will include Filing Invoices, sorting out daily Credit Control paperwork, must match Collection Notes to Invoices, Administer Daily Sales logs, File Return Cheques and Monies from Sales Reps. Daily Reconciliation, Sage vs In-house Reconciliation, Basic Training in Cash Office.

Your duties will also include covering Reception for Lunchtime relief, daily breaks and during Holidays and sickness. To provide excellent Customer Service to welcome Cash and Carry Visitors, to open New Accounts, answer telephone queries, booking delivery drivers, taking and distributing Incoming Post.
